It's October already and I just noticed that I forgot to lose weight. I think the reason that it is so dificult is that it depends on the absence of an action.Not doing something is difficult. Spend less time and energy eating than I am currently spending. Thinking about not eating is a lot like thinking about eating. So I need to not think about not eating. I wonder if it. Is possible to do this not thinking without being aware of it? Even if I could for a time-there's always food that wakes my thoughts-then I'm thinking again. Oh wretched woman that I am.
